College is challenging and it always will be. But why can't it be challenging AND a great experience?
We started Skills + Mindset because there are hundreds of companies that provide academic tutoring, test preparation and college admissions coaching, but few for the student who wants to be a more effective communicator and leader, handle challenges with less stress and build an advantage in the competition for the best internships, research projects and jobs.
Our goal is to be a new resource for students and and parents. With input from college professors, business and nonprofit leaders, young professionals and college students, and using our 15 years experience coaching young professionals, executives and students, we created a fun, high-level professional development program that combines classroom learning, personal coaching, networking and online reinforcement.
We started RS because so most students go through high school, enter college, then invest a great deal of time and money in college, then enter the workplace, without EVER having the opportunity to deeply develop the real-world skills they need to thrive.
